Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

 We Understand! Returns happen! 

Items eligible for a return may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a shop credit. 


Please note: Items ordered on TikTok shops are subject to TikTok's return policies, and returns must be initiated, and completed through TikTok Shops in order to be eligible for return. To see if your items qualify for a return on TikTok, please visit Settings & Privacy > Your Orders in your TikTok account.


Orders cannot be edited or cancelled after checkout is complete. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct prior to checkout. 


Daily deals, Pre-orders, any items marked final sale, and sale items are final sale (ending in .99). This includes items where a coupon code was used (with the exception of new customer and referral coupon codes)


Undergarments (bras, shapewear, bodysuits etc), Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc) Bath and Body, and Food, and Gift (home decor, novelty, bath, etc) items are final sale.


Items must be in new condition, unwashed, and unworn. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we must be notified within 30 days. We offer no guarantee on items after 30 days of receipt. 


A customer return rate above 15% will begin to incur restocking fees. A consistent return rate above 15% will result in removal from our shopping platform.
